For some reason, everytime I search for “PeopleSoft” in Chrome, I get this annoying “Search Time Warner Cable” page that takes me to their DNS Search page. I finally figured out how to get rid of it.
First, edit your search engines. If you right click on the address bar, you should have a “Edit Search Engines…” option.
I searched for “time” and I found a bunch of “Search Engines” connected to the Time Warner search.
If you click on the 3 dots on the right side, you can remove them from the list.
Problem solved! Now, when I type “PeopleSoft” I just go to the Google Search.
