I just listened to a tech talk by Linux Torvald on git. I was sold — I need to try it for my Java programming.

In this video, Randal Schwartz describes how to use git. One of the things he mentions is that there is a way to use cvs commands on git. If that is so, I wonder if you could use the CVS interface of eclipse to work with git repositories.
